Course material for each category

This is the ultimate guide to the materials that are available on the course. We’ve broken it down by category to make it clear which recipes (levels 1 and 2), fact sheets, activity sheets and skills videos or images are relevant to each section. We have also listed related information that could be used to expand lessons. This is not a prescriptive list – feel free to pick and choose as you wish, but it will give you a clear outline of exactly what’s available. As well as that, take a look at the links page to see other websites providing useful information or activities.
